We are accepting International orders on all products except for Nike SB. However, International Buyers should browse the online store, then phone or email their orders for correct shipping and pricing details. ,(We do ship to Ireland and the Channel Islands but postage charges will vary, please email for more information after order completion)
Our courier service operates Monday - Friday. All orders will be processed and dispatched the same day, up till 4pm. Orders received after 4pm will be dispatched the next day. Be aware that orders received after 4pm Friday will not be dispatched till Monday.
Our courier service requires a signature, however if you wish to have your goods left with a neighbour please email us after you have placed your online order to give us further instructions at shop@thestorystore.co.uk
Returns Info
When you return any item to us, please fill in the returns slip which will be included in your parcel. Your completed returns slip must then be returned with the goods to the address provided, please make sure you fill in all the info on the return slip.
Non-faulty items must be sent back in their original unused condition within 21 days of the order date. Once received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund if required.
CD's, videos, games and DVD's will not be accepted unless they are returned sealed. Magazines and custom setups cannot be returned. You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us.
Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected by us and some by the manufacturer before we can accept them as faulty. Please return your goods to us - once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a free repair, replacement, exchange or refund.
